1. Self-pickup from the Europemugs order pick-up point
Get your items for free at the Europemugs pick-up point. When your purchase is delivered to the Europemugs order pick-up location, you will receive a notification to the mobile phone provided when you placed your order. The order can be received within 7 days, by personally arriving at the place of receipt indicated by the purchase. When receiving the product at the place of issue of orders, the order number must be indicated and an identity document must be presented. If your order will be received by another person, when placing the order, indicate him (name and surname) as the recipient in the comments. If the buyer is a legal entity, bring a power of attorney.
2. Delivery to Omniva, DPD or Venipak parcels
As soon as your parcel is delivered to the parcel box, you will receive a notification on the mobile phone indicated at the time of ordering. You can pick up the package within 7 days of receiving the notification. Click the "Receive package" button on the terminal screen and enter the code you received on your mobile phone or email.

Returns and exchanges
Within 14 days from the day of receiving the order, you can use the right to refuse or exchange the goods purchased in the online store. If, for any reason, you are unable to return an item to us in accordance with the above terms, please contact us. In this case, any return or exchange of goods is at our discretion. Once the item you sent arrives in our warehouse, we will send you an exchange or issue a full refund for the returned item using your original payment method. The refund time depends on the payment and return method and does not exceed 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment the returned goods arrive at our warehouse.

- Please note that at the time of receiving the goods, ETR TRADE SIA has the right to record possible visual damage to the goods and the conformity of the package. If ETR TRADE SIA detects an unsatisfactory appearance and/or assembly of the goods at the time of receipt, you will be informed and will receive a copy of the certificate and/or notification.
- All courier shipments and shipments delivered through shipment terminals must be packaged in the manufacturer's packaging or packaging that protects the product from damage during transportation.
- In the case of unpackaged shipments, the sender is responsible for possible damage to the product during transportation (e.g. scratches and stains).
- If the Sender complies with the product packaging requirements, then the Carrier is responsible for possible damages that could occur and have occurred during transportation and shipment processing.
- If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you the funds received from you for the item(s), excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract .
- Refunds are made using the same payment method you used to make the transaction, unless you expressly agree to pay otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees in connection with the refund.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
- You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods (the maximum cost if the goods cannot be returned by post can be around 30 EUR).
- You are only responsible for the reduction in value of the goods if the goods were not used to evaluate the appearance, characteristics or performance of the goods, but for other purposes. For familiarization purposes, it is necessary to use the product as much as possible in the store.
